After an early career in Marketing and Advertising, followed by Talent Management and Organisational Development, Cindy found herself transitioning into her ‘sweet spot’: Leadership Development and Coaching.

Recognising the challenge of attracting, retaining and developing the right talent, she currently focuses on coaching and team facilitation, supporting the development of senior managers and executive leaders – and their teams – across a range of industries, internationally.

In Cindy’s view: ‘You cannot discover new oceans unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore’.

Having been based in several locations, she’s clearly following this mantra!
