Advaita Naidoo is Managing Director at Jack Hammer Africa, overseeing the end-to-end business activities of Africa’s largest boutique executive search firm. With 12 years at Jack Hammer and 16 years’ total experience in executive recruitment, she leads searches at C-suite and board level across retail, financial services, private equity, and consulting, drawing on more than a decade of repeat client mandates in each. Her coverage spans South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Egypt, along with international reach into Singapore, the UK, and the USA.

Before Jack Hammer, Advaita worked at The MBS Group in the UK, with independent and freelance experience in the US and Singapore. She holds a Master’s degree in Research Psychology and spent time at the Human Sciences Research Council – a background that shows up in her regular media commentary on leadership, workplace trends, and employee engagement in South African and African business media, and in her frequent conference and panel appearances.

She brings a genuinely international outlook, having lived on four continents, and a sharp intellect and dry wit that make any conversation with her a mentally stimulating one – all while juggling three sons in primary school.
