As Partner with Jack Hammer and OntheBlock (our blockchain, crypto and NFT executive placements division), she has found her niche: building and supporting people and business strategies for leading organisations across Africa and globally.

In addition to her specialist knowledge of financial services, crypto and digital technologies, she brings remuneration and reward expertise to all her engagements – she has a deep understanding of complex salary and reward structures at Exco and Senior Specialist levels and acts in an advisory capacity to her clients during these sensitive stages of dialogue.
