I enjoy Jack Hammer’s professional approach and the fact that they have a good understanding of the Woolworths culture, enabling them to find the best people for us. The regular process updates help in tracking delivery against the plan, but the ongoing, more informal, check-ins to assess satisfaction levels are especially appreciated, as is the quick response time.
