About 78% of South Africa’s top executives indicate they would consider working abroad.
This is according to executive search firm Jack Hammer’s annual “Bonus, Salary and Business Confidence Survey”.
Senior execs and managers who took part in the survey reflect the racial and gender demographics of the country.
This is especially worrying considering the impact on transformation of a brain-drain of South Africa’s top Black and female leaders.
