It certainly feels like the world of work has transitioned into Post-Pandemic Phase. Or as I prefer to call it, Post-Panny-Messy-Phase (PPMP).

Regardless of your hybrid, office-first or remote-first work status, you’re likely experiencing some kind of mess and confusion. So to ease the pain, here are some guidelines for survival:

1.	Gain clarity on the current known advantages and disadvantages of the various hybrid and remote-first work models. Here’s a quick reference tool.
2.	Expect that some kind of hybrid and remote work model is here for the foreseeable future. Do you need to upskill your Remote Leadership Skills? (probably YES – we all do!). Here’s how.
