You will be responsible for executing all or part of the recruitment cycle for senior-level roles for our clients, which includes:
- Client engagement (Briefing; role definition; search parameters)
- Candidate sourcing (proactive outreach/ headhunting)
- Candidate screening, interviewing, shortlisting
- Preparation of reports; reference checking
- Ongoing candidate and client management throughout interview, decision-making and offer negotiation stages.
Over and above project-based search processes, you will need to:
- Continuously build up your sector knowledge and engage with emerging talent to develop client relationships
- Act as an ambassador for Jack Hammer, specifically on social media, posting relevant content to further develop the brand
Your ideal background
- 3+ years executive search or contingency recruitment experience
- Experience in a client or candidate-facing roles, interacting with executives
- College degree
- Systems literate and unafraid to adopt new technologies in order to operationalise the project management process
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A network in tech-enabled disruptive and emerging industries is highly advantageous
